Who is the FEA?

Dennis Costella is the director of the FEA media ministries, and is also in the pastoral ministry at Grace Bible Church of Fresno. Following college and graduate school in business studies, he was led of the Lord to the ministry of the FEA and the church after hearing Pastor M.H. Reynolds on the “What Does the Bible Say?” radio broadcast. The Fundamental Bible Institute in Los Angeles provided him with the training needed to serve the Lord in Christian ministry from 1970 to the present.

Matt Costella has served full-time with the FEA since 1998 and is the founding pastor of Grace Bible Church of Fresno which he planted in 2004. A writer for both Foundation magazine and Feature: A Daily Bible Study Guide, Matt earned a B.S. in Journalism from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly) and a M.A. in Theological Studies from Faith Baptist Theological Seminary in Ankeny, IA. He resides with his wife and three children in Clovis, CA.

Gary Freel has worked for the FEA since January of 2009, researching and writing articles for Foundation and Feature. Receiving a B.A. from Calvary Bible College in Kansas City, Missouri, and a M.A. and M.Div from Faith Baptist Theological Seminary in Ankeny, IA, he had pastored Berean Baptist Church of Boone, Iowa for 16 years prior to moving to California. Gary has been married for 25 years to his wife, Jeanette, and they have two sons, Josh and Caleb.
